The Oasis Water Park will open on Saturday, May 30, and will operate with our current schedules. This update is intended to inform residents and patrons that the water temperature conditions may be effected.
The Oasis Water Park is currently experiencing an issue with a mechanical part of the pool heating system, and we are awaiting replacement parts for the repair. Every effort is being made to expedite the repairs with an estimated date of June 15 completion.
Based on our current policy, the pool will close if the air temperature is below 68 degrees. Staff will also be monitoring water temperatures daily to make sure water temperatures remain above 70 degrees per the Illinois department of Health regulations.
Each morning at 10AM, the Bloomingdale Park District Rainout line, website, and social media channels will be updated with the pools open or closed status. We will also push out a notification on our mobile app.

We understand many residents and patrons look forward to the start of the pool season. We are working to keep the Oasis Water Park open whenever possible. We apogize for the cooler pool temperatures and any inconvenience this may cause.
