Halloween Happening is one of the Park District's largest events and is held late October every year at the Johnston Recreation Center.
The night of spooktacular activities includes an inflatable house, moonwalk, games and prizes, Magic by Mike, a trick-or-treat trail, costume contests, mob dance, a family pumpkin decorating contest, crafts, Pumpkin Walk, a Little Crawlers Room and Night Walk at Circle Park.
Register for your wristband in person at the Johnston Recreation Center, 172 S. Circle Ave., in Bloomingdale.
Wristbands go on sale Oct. 1. Parents are free. The 2013 Halloween Happening is sponsored by Bloomingdale Bank & Trust and Associated Dental Care.
